| Wilderness First Aid/First Responder/EMT
WILDERNESS FIRST AID– learn prevention and recognition of medical emergencies, primary and secondary assessments, first aid for common injuries, getting help and evacuating a victim. This class will go beyond the Basic First Aid class dealing with situations that you may find while in wilderness areas.

WILDERNESS FIRST RESPONDER- this course covers the topics in the First Responder course with an emphasis on wilderness topics.
60 hours $500.00*
WILDERNESS EMT UPGRADE– this course presents EMT’s and Paramedics with options for providing care when outside of the urban setting. Skills will remain within the “acts allowed” for their certification level. Participants will be shown ways to improvise splints, treatments, and means of evacuation.
