Dr. Jassi Johar

Dr. Johar has just joined us as our new Physician Advisor/Medical Director.  He has been involved in Emergency Medicine for a multitude of  years and brings with him, many years of experiences and ideas.  He is the biggest patient advocate we know, and it is with great pleasure we welcome Dr. Johar into our organization.

Bill Powers - President/CEO

Bill founded the Company when he realized that there needed to be individualized attention to people who needed medical training. Bill is a Paramedic/Firefighter with over 15 years experience in Emergency Services, with a heavy emphasis on Counter-Terrorism Response and Tactical Medicine. He is a part-time faculty member at Front Range Community College, assisting with the EMT-Basic course and a Paramedic with Poudre Valley Hospital. Bill is also a Tactical Paramedic and a faculty member at CONTOMS.  He is also a Hazardous Materials Technician.

Kim Powers - VP Research & Development 

Kim is the co-founder of the company. She is a Paramedic with close to 20 years in Emergency Medical Services. Kim is a part-time faculty member at Front Range Community College and is a Paramedic at Poudre Valley Hospital. She has multiple years of Critical Care Transport experience.

Scott Logan - Director of Operations

Scott has been involved in Emergency Services for over 10 years as both a Firefighter and an EMT. Scott is a part-time faculty member at Front Range Community College and Red Rocks Community College. Scott also heads up the new Wildland Fire Program.
